Design Technology INTENT statement
At Little Horsted, we believe it is vital to nurture creativity and innovation through Design and Technology, exploring the designed and made world in which we all live and learn. We aim to give our children the opportunity to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of designing and making functional products which can solve real problems.
The curriculum also provides children with the opportunity to cook simple dishes and learn about nutrition through classroom activities and our 'Lets get Cooking' sessions.
