The PE and Sport Premium is a government grant provided to primary schools in England to help improve the quality of physical education (PE), sport, and physical activity for all pupils. 

The aim is to ensure that children: 

• Engage in at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day (20 minutes for disabled children) 

• Have access to high-quality PE lessons and a wide range of sports 

• Develop healthy, active lifestyles from an early age
