Little Horsted School Council is an open forum for all our children to be a part of. Our meetings give us a chance to think about new ideas to make sure our school stays happy, safe and exciting. The school council takes forward projects on behalf of the children from all classes, and is involved in planning, fundraising, and contributing to things like the School Improvement Plan, governing body meetings and interviewing staff.

Our Vision

Within our school council, the children have the chance to take on the following roles:

Secretary, Treasurer and Equal Opportunities/Race Equality Ambassadors. They will work closely with members of staff who have the same roles in school.

The school council meets twice a term to review actions and plan ahead.
