Years 5 and 6 Boys Football
Great resilience shown by 8 boys from Years 5 and 6 who stepped up to participate in the football tournament. They showed great enthuasiam. Well done boys for coming 6th place! Mrs Everest was impressed with how your teamwork improved throughout the matches.
Years 5/6 Cross-Country
T came third in a very fast girls’ race, out of around 80 children! She was given a bronze medal and has qualified for the next stage. Little Horsted girls’ team, when joining all their times together, also came third, out of 15 girls teams, and were all awarded a bronze medal. Little Horsted boys team, also out of 15 boys teams, came third, and all received a medal. R was in the top 20 and qualified for the next stage.
Overall, out of the 11 schools that took part, Little Horsted came third, so as a school we have received a bronze certificate.
All in all, an amazing result and they really did their absolute best. They also cheered each other on and behaved impeccably.

10/10 for hardwork from our Year 3 and 4 boys and girls. They demonstrated great listening skills and respect towards each other and the other players. A special mention to F who shone in goal by making fantastic saves and T who was defending superbly. Mrs Everest
